I need financial help?

Ok so first of all I'm a Marine and I only have 570 dollars in my bank account right now and I need to buy a car and engagement ring. The problem is the car will probably cost about 8000 dollars and the ring is 4500. That being said, I'll have to take out a loan. I get paid about 650 every two weeks since I'm a PFC. By the time we get married, in December, I'll be a lance corporal, which gets 80 more per paycheck. Will 1300 a month be able to pay off the ring and the car loan? I'm going on a deployment in January for 6 months, but I only get overseas pay. I plan on taking a honeymoon when I get back from the deployment and she is gonna come here to camp lejeune, nc to live with me. Please don't say that I dont make enough money for all of this because we decided its the only way it will work out between us and weve known each other for 6 years and have dated for 2. Will the deductions from my pycheck be too high to pay for everything else I need? Can i take out a longer loan so the payments are a little bit smaller? Seriously, this is a huge concern for me right now and financial advisors would be HIGHLY appreciated. If you need more details, I'll be happy to explain. THANK YOU!!!

Sort out what you NEED from what you want. Do you NEED a car, or WANT one? And you can get engaged and married without an engagement ring - I've been married for 40 years and didn't have an engagement ring, my daughter has been married over 10 and didn't have an engagement ring either. That doesn't stop you from getting married if that's what you want to do.
