I need financial and life help, can you help?

Ok, here's the situation I'm in. I want to to go to college in Arizona (UTI) in order to get a bachelors degree in automotive technology. They don't offer it in Texas (Where I'm at) but my parents wont let me move or go to school there because they don't think I'm responsible enough. It's not their decision I know, but the problem is I have no money, no grants, no scholerships and I have a car payment with about 8 grand left on it. I cant get loans without a co-signer I think and my parents wont co-sign because they don't want me to leave. I cant sell my car because technichally its under their name, but Im paying the payments on the loan. I have no idea what to do, I have no money, nor can I get money to do anything, I cant get financial aid because my parents make too much and I still live with them. I'm 18, does anyone have any suggestions?
 
Ask them, for their suggestions. And post back on here, what they said. If they don't offer it in Texas (um, pretty dam sure they do.), your parents must have a good argument.
