you cant just eat chicken eggs and juice. You need WAY more veggies (preferably organic it really is way better) and WAY more variety. Maybe have some tea in the morning instead of juicefrom time to time? i read that tea is better than water. some dairy would be good to (hormone free milk), or some other way of getting calcium. eat whole grain bread and pasta, its WAY better for you. and you need to eat a wider variety of meats, such as pork, beef, fish (damn right its meat) lean of course. and i do admire that your not scared of pasta and bread, that's really important.

And only an hour of exercise? maybe doing some running, or walking to closer destinations instead of driving, this saves you money, saves fuel, and saves the earth. <3 and you have to work out other muscles to! get a wii fit maybe, no joke it really great! it weighs you, the work outs are great and organized by what your working, it has yoga, and it really fun!
 
lose weight? In the morning i eat a bowl of cheerios and a banana with a glass of orange juice.
mid day i eat a a baked bacon sandwich with lettuce and a carton of orange juice (which is equivalent to a 5 a day) i then go to the gym for an hour working on my pectoral muscles and my cardio for an hour and during the evening i eat pasta with 2 maybe 3 boiled chicken with an egg and a glass of water and during the weekend i eat just pasta with 2 maybe 3 boiled chicken with an egg skipping breakfast then the same in the evening with a bit of palm oil stew and Baked chips.
And if i do eat snacks in between its usually 2 nutri bars and cashew nuts
