So basically the thing is, my friend is having a party type thing where we're going out to dinner with a bunch of friends. Take note I'm only 13. She tells me everyone is wearing a dress and getting dressed up, but I never wear dresses so I'm not so sure what to wear. I've decided to order one online, but I'm having trouble figuring out whats "in". Because some of the friends she invited are the girls who wear hollister and are "in". So if I wear something wrong they'll probably look at me like I'm weird or something. There's this dress I like from Forever21, but I don't know what to think of it.
