I was in a car accident on December 15, 2009. I was driving a Hyundai Santa Fe. I rear ended a black SUV, which rear ended another car. The girl in the car that the SUV rear ended claims to have an injury. The problem is- I see her at school every day and she is just fine. She's trying to sue me & I don't know what to do! What is the probability of her winning the case??
