Inkhearts. And Liked Twilight.? I loved the Pendragon, Harry Potter, and Inkheart books. I liked Twilight, but I'm starting to get sick of Vampires. I need more books to read, but nothing too inappropriate, I'm only 15. Oh and I also get scared very easily. I read at a very high level for my age and I want something different than the average 15 year girl books like Meg Cabot books. Thanks for your suggestions!

If you like those, you'll probaly say no to star wars right.Well hear me out i read the kinda books you do.There the kind that makes you wonder what happens next.Well the books that are after when luke and every has victory and is happy.Try the story that continues his legacy like what happens after he kills emporoir palpitene, they are really good.

Wow, We're exactly the same, loved Harry Potter, loved Twilight and so on! I also get scared easily, i'll put this question on watchlist!

Hmm.. I'm VERY into Diana Wynne Jones stuff, she's a wonderful fantasy writer. Oh, and if you read Twilight it's like a law or something that you have to read the Anne Rice Vampire Chronicles. After reading Lestat you'll think Edward is a poser. I really need to finish Pendragon... Sorry, off subject. !!! The Great Book of Amber! It's really 10 books but they shoved them all into one. They're by Roger Zelazny. Uh, Steven King's Dragon's Eyes was good, not scary in the least. It's some of his earlier stuff where he wasn't so horror, more fantasy. If you're into plays and dramas you should give Our Town a look, loved that one. Faerie Wars Series, by James Brennan I believe. They remind me of Pendragon for some odd reason, I dunno why. The plotline isn't at all the same, maybe it's the characters. Well, that's a start, I have a lot more if you need them. Message me whenever!

i no you said you over vampires but you must read Vampire academy it's fucking fantastic my friend is like you and reads at a high leave and she was the one to get me hook on vampire academy. and vampire academy is way better then twilight

Percy Jackson the lightning thief, sea of monsters, titans curse they are all the same series and its really good

"Maximum Ride" series. It's epic
"Mandy", by Julie Edwards

If you're into manga, seriously look into "Fruits Basket" if you haven't already, it's probably the best book series I've ever read.

"All American Girl" is actually quite good. It's Meg Cabot but it's very off beat. "Avalon High" too, very modern fiction-y and gripping. But I agree, Princess Diaries..... :P not so great.

Even though I read it for school, I really liked "Anthem" by Ayn Rand

OH! "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" was really good! The original. It was very adhd and random but really good!

I also really enjoy Sharon Creech's books "Love That Dog" and "Absolutely Normal Chaos."

Also "Princess Academy," by Shannon Hale was fabulous. Definately not what you'd expect from the title. It was a really good story, not super uber girly like you'd expect.
