First no worries you will learn things as long as you ask.
second, does your laptop have bluetooth? If so. place your laptop and phone in discovery mode and they should find each other. Bluetooth is short range so have them close together and they should wrk

i have a phone with bluetooth, no cable cord, and no internet acess on my phone.
i dont want to buy anything. how do i connect my phone to my laptop with bluetooth? im sorry, i am 13 and dont know much
