im trying to stump my friends, so i need an insanely hard riddle with the answer!!! i also need it before Friday. if anyone has a good one, i would be so thankful. but plz dont say the one about the 2 convicts...... thx! :D

there's a lake, next to it there is a pool of water with a big fish in it and next to that there is a phonebox all the glass has broken, the phone was off the hook, there was a pool of blood on the floor and there is a dead fisherman in there.How did he die?

the fisherman was on the phone to his wife about a fish he caught he said i caught a fish this big.Stretching out his arms he broke the glass and split a vain so he died
 
This one can be tricky, but easy to answer.

The ELECTRIC train is going North, and the wind is blowing South. Which way does the smoke go?
1)If the person said there's no smoke. Say the smoke didn't come from the train.
2)If the person said the wind is blowing South, just said ELECTRIC train doesn't have smoke...
