Only requirements are they have to be futuristic, yet magical (Lunar magic), I want ideas for houses, buildings, and the attitude of the people living there, (they are protectors of the Earth against Evil), and they have wings.
Ok please don't kill the pure fantasy of the story. The idea is that this is a similar dimension, but different. In this dimension the "Earth" contains monsters, vampires and werewolves. The moon also has gravity it's own artificial gravity made by the civilization. Further into the book you'll learn that the moon was inhabited first, then "drove" to the Earth to dispel of the "unpure" beings now called humans and the various monsters.
