I'm working on a website for a singing group - they'd like a place on their website for the members to pick a part (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, etc) to sign up for future performances. I want a fill-in space for the Member to type in their name, and a drop down choice for them to pick, and a submit button. The results would show up on the website (not emailed to anyone). I want the website to show each entry that has been submitted, followed by the choice that they have picked from the drop down menu, all in a list. I want it displayed on the webpage so all members know what parts are still available.
