Aight, I'm a guy and just got a gym membership at Powerhouse. What machines should I use?
How long? Just an over all plan. Last time I checked I curled 20lbs on each hand. Can't get near 30s' though.And I can't bench very much. I just want to gain over all muscle. 6 pack would be nice too.
