I need an exercise plan?

Something to keep me busy but something that wont get boring. Im 16 and im 5"6' i think, i weigh from 115 on a good day to 120 but idc about my weight i just need something to do! I wanted to join a team at school but id prefer not to cheerlead or run or play softball(spring sports). I want to do stuff alone anyways but i need a team to keep me going. If the plan doesnt get boring then i dont need a team. I like bikeriding but then it got too cold and i just stopped doing it and i cant seem to get back into the habit. Its not about going through with it, its about getting started thats the problem. I do not like walking or running but i dont mind weights or stretches as long as it has a certain amount i should do.
Any ideas or plans?
