I need an energy boost!?

Ive been in three performances back to back with more on the way, I am maintaining my grades and i am doing extra curricular activities. I am at a severe lack of energy. I also have a cold, I have tried sleep and relaxing and exercise but i need a boost like a way to get my energy back to normal Doctors please help. what are some natural remedies? and how much sleep should i get? I drink about a bottle of water a day but i cant seem to get myself to drink more any ideas?
ps. I dont drink soda anymore...
