i need advice on changing my lifestyle?

Here is a normal day for me during the summer


At around mid night i wake up and watch some tv till like 1am. then i make myself some food like a salad or whatever we have in the house. then i eat and watch more tv till like 6am. That's when i get up and do my make up. At 7am my mom comes home from work and we usually go shopping really quick or something. Then i just chill with my fam till like 1pm which is when i go to sleep. (During the entire time i am awake i drink like 2 of the 3L containers of water) then i wake up at 12am and do it all over again.


I really wanna loose a lot of weight and i know i should exercises but idk what i could do at like 2 in the morning cause i cant go outside and i cant wake anyone up with noise. and i cant do anything in the morning cause i have to babysit my lil siblings. PLZ help!!!
