I need advice from all you awesome cooks out there!!?

My grandparents are coming today and we are making grilled chicken on the grill. What are some perfect sides to go with it? What can I add to the BBQ sauce to make it really yummy? Will baked fries go good?

P.S- If your answer has really good info (like a recipe or something) i'll choose it as best answer!!
