a pushover...soo? I took my car up to this place that was suggested. Having just moved here, I dont really know any good place yet. Turns out EVERYONE ELSE I spoke to about this issue said "you took it WHERE...no nonono their horrible, you shouldn't of taken it there". Even the lady at autoparts told me this. So, 300$ later, the only thing they fixed was the brakes. They supposedly fixed the spark plugs but the 5th cylinder is still misfiring, causing my engine to lag. And the alignment pulls really bad, and the steering wheel still shakes. They were also suppose to align it after "taking the cv joints off, greasing them, then tightening them back on" and I later found out, you don't take cv joints off. So paid for them to just look at them and say "their good". So anyways, it's still having all these problems after being in their shop for 10 hours, I was probably paying for the hours more than anything. I could go up there and turn psycho on them and yell and scream, but that's just not me. If I go up there and mention it's still not fixed, their either going to say "oh well" or "yes it is" or "we'll 'fix' it but you'll have to pay again". I'd prefer to just get my money back and take it to the more reputable place that autoparts lead me to, but I don't know how to go about this.
What would you suggest doing with a problem such as this?
Oh also, having just moved here, I don't know many people, so I don't have any guys who can go up there with me to do "guy talk" and straighten things out. Trust me, that'd be my first option if available.
