Go to each of your local recruiters and ask questions about each of the different branches. just do some exploring for now and see which one suits you best. Each one offers a different life style and is better suited for different people. I just enlisted in the navy not too long ago actually and its working out for me so far. And ill tell, ya i never would have said i was joining the navy when i was 18 yrs old. Do as much research as possible, its a big commitment for sure.
