Before anyone says have you tried searching for the answer, I have many times. I have already downloaded the uninstaller and then rebooted my computer then tried downloading the new version of the flash player and it still does the same. when i click ''download'' the only thing that happens is it refreshes the page. Can anyone help me? and it's through internet explorer.
