my story is set in the edo period of japan. it is the love between a mysterious girl coming from a fictional kingdom and a member of the shinsengumi. the girl is actually a princess who left her country after she learnt the truth of the death of her mother. while in japan she meets one of the shinsengumi captains (i havent decided yet) and they fall in love despite the Meiji Restoration. she's very into roses that she's known for her rose perfume and beauty. she also has a hidden power to heal injuries which she inhherited from her mother.
