Actually, both are largely the same van, just that the Probox is just more basic, that's all. See which one you can get at a cheaper price.
As for modification, yes you can modify it to carry more weight, but if you would like to carry more weight, may I suggest you a pickup truck. If you insist to get the probox or the succeed, of course you can, just not recommended, that's all.
