I need a site for homeschoolers who want to do sports, anyone know one?

I am a homeschooler in NC. we are not allowed to play sports for ANY school, in some other states you can. I want to play for the team here, i can't find any sites about how to contact the goverment or anything. I am going to do petitions and more but i need to contact NC's represenitives people say, help? i really love sports and i think it's unfair we can't play, exspecially since we pay taxes to schooles we don't even go to! also tell me if you agree with me! thanx!
