I need a RIM & TYRE (175/65/14) -with metal wheel rim for RENAULT CLIO 1.2 3DR )

52 reg! Do any wheels fit ? Or would it be just a standard Renault one?

I only need it as a spare tire but it will need to align correct ! So just wondering if anyone knows if i can get say a vauxell one / ford ? I have dimensions which are stated in question.
