I need a price on a new 2010 mazda 3 sedan?

A mazda 3 gs with gunmetal blue paint with heated seats, ac and cruise control. I also want all weather floor mats.

One guy said it would cost about 27000 dollars because I would need to get the whole comfort package. Is this true and if so is it still over price.

Remember that I live in canada so give a price in Canadian dollars or a way to convert it.
