I need a pay as you go camera phone under $20?

I need a pay as you go camera phone that is under $20 and that one that you have to connect to your computer to put pictures and ringtones and stuff like that cuz i have a pay as you go phone from virgin mobil that i bought at walmart and you can only put pictures and stuff like that by going online on the phone and paying for that stuff that is the only way I bought a Keacera X tc or some thing like that and I some how broke it cuz When someone sends me a text It says its there but its its not there I really dont get it myself and I fell off my bike and scrached it on the side and scrached the screen and the phone costs $100 I want a new one.
