i need a new verizon wireless phone?

the ENVY TOUCH or the ENVY 3 are good phones they are not really smart phones and they are very good for taking places because they are smaller than a smart phone. (if you are looking for cheaper and not better buy the ENVY 3)
 
to make a long story short my phone fell in are pool and will not work anymore, so can anyone suggest a good phone for me to get and it cant be a smart phone. also my birthday is coming up so i would say maybe about 250 dollars is the cap for it. i thought the droid looked pretty cool but i think its a smart phone so can anyone suggest a good phone to get
