ok well i'm a 15 yr old female and i've played softball for 10 yrs of my life...
but for the past three years my arm and ankle have been acting up, it turns out that i have severe tendinitis in both areas... i ended up going to physical rehab and taking a season off...there was definitely and improvement in the ankle but not so much in my arm....my mom thinks its best if i choose another hobby(which i'd prefer it to be a sport).
I"m just worried that its not going to go so well considering i'm 15 and starting a new sport.
are there any sports out there that are fun and a work out that i could engage in without injuring my arm or doing any further damage?
