My contract is up on the 31st but my black berry storm is completely dead. Won't turn on, I've tried everything to fix it and did all the trouble shooting. It's two years old and has been slowly getting worse to the point of phone death. I have two weeks til my plan is up, is the anyway I can get a new phone now without paying the full price, I have to get a new phone. (insurance has run out on my phone)
