I need a new phone and have no idea what to get?

Need:
-Java SE/ME (Normal/Micro edition(mobile) )
-Texting
-Calling
-A screen

If it doesn't have it, is is usefull for throwing at people only:
-Camera
-Bluetooth

Would be nice:
-Ability to make programs without Java SE/ME, not really nessacery
-Micro SD card

It can't be too expensive, I would prefer Pay as you go, and I am in the UK.
