I need a new GSM(using with Cingular) phone..

I'm going to be buying a new phone in the next few weeks, as I hate my current phone (nokia 6060)..

This is what I'm looking for:
-relatively thin
-Bluetooth
-a pretty good camera
-a NICE screen!
-not too expensive (around $200)

I'm not particular to any type of phones (candy bar, flip, etc.) and right now I am looking at a few of the Sony Ericssons, or just get a SLVR -- although I've read its camera isn't very good.

the camera on the SLVR is not that great. My girlfriend just got one and my camera on my Nokia 6620 is better, but it's not that bad for a tiny little phone.
