I am wanting to either buy a new bike for under 400$ or upgrade my Mongoose Paver for under 150$.
Brakes: I need brakes that have good downhill stopping power. They also need to be low maintenance, and will stay centered.
Wheels: Sturdy wheels that can take a beating without bending much.
Tires: I need tires that are very durable with low rolling resistance.
Gears: Preferably 7-speed or higher, but for an all around good bike I would not mind less.
I do not want a racing bike but rather a durable one.
Preferably something that can go uphill easily and stop downhill quickly.
