I lack motivation. I want to train but my body doesn't. I just stare blankly into space, imagine myself training in Muay Thai, but realizes that I it's impossible. I simply break down into nothing!
I've come down to this point where nothing makes sense anymore. You wake up, you do your stuff cause you can only move forward, and at the end of the day you still feel nothing! Maybe this is because of stress and depression but I feel so empty! How can I regain my will to live?
