We went to my husband company's picnic and my son got hurt in the inflatable bouncer which the company rented the bouncer. The injure was so severed that my son needs surgery.
Do you know if my medical insurance is going to pay for all my son's medical bills, including ambulance service. I have HMO insurance.

It depends on your plan but my plan would. You can still sue. Go see a personal injury lawyer - the appointment will be free.
