I purchased a mobile home last November, it was supposed to be set up in December but was not delivered until mid February. Thinking I would be moved in by late December, I moved out of my home and into a hotel for what I thought would be about two weeks long. When the mobile home was delivered, it took about 2 weeks for them to set it up after it was delivered, they moved it without a building permit so I could not get the electricity or water turned on. I paid 61,000 for this mobile home, and it has become such a problem I have decided to sell it back to the company for 45,000 and cut my losses. I am still currently waiting on my $45,000 and it has been about six weeks since I was supposed to have it. Everyday I call them, no answer. When they do answer, they make up an excuse as to why they don't have my money, and give me another date that it should be there. The past week and a half I have not been able to contact them AT ALL. I am STILL staying in hotels and i'm going BROKE! What should i do??
