okay i am 17 just turned
and in may i got in trouble for fighting when i was 16. i was put on probation till im 18, now last weekend i went to meet a friend at an old school with my 13 year old brother that is broken down and everything. so me and my friend was curious on how it looked inside so we went in, now im being charged with breaking and entering. i dont know whut to do, i didnt break anything i was only in the place for 5 minuates then i looked out the window and my brother is handcuffed on the ground for no reason.. my brother didnt run or even try to escape as soon as he saw the cop he startedcrying.. and the cop grabed him and handcuffed him.. any thoughts on how i can fight this?
