I have been running up and down different websites and every time I find a html code for a form that I like, something goes wrong. So I figured I should just put my specifics down in Yahoo Answers in hopes that someone can provide the code I need.
Form Specifics:
Full Name + Text Box
Email +Text Box
Number of Articles + Text box
Number of Words + Drop Down Menu with 8 options
Description of Article(s) + Text Area
A Submit and Clear button (Instead of "submit," I would like for it to say "Order Content")
I would like the submit button to send the entire form to [email protected].
Maybe a nice grey background with black borders encasing the entire form.
If someone could churn up a code for this, I would greatly appreciate it.
