i need a html code again?

i would like a html code, so when my mates change pages, the page kind's of fades away and loads up another one.
I would also like help, my mate pulled a trick on me he gave me a site and when i opend it the webpage kept moveing and it had pics on it, how did my mate do this, is there a html code please let me know :) thanks x
