I use to weigh 260 lbs but over the past year I've been working out and eating right and dropped down to 198(currently). I lift weights mon, wend, thurs, and run a mile and do sprints on those days for football. I usually walk just for fun about 3-5 miles per day. I know since I'm active I can eat more but I've been watching what I eat and noticing fat grams and sugars in unexpected foods. Like peanut butter has about 15-17 grams of fat but is it okay for me to have these things because I work out more? How low should I stay away from grams of sugar? I usually try to stay under 30 grams because I'm aiming to lose 38 more pounds. Give me as much info as you can on what is "too much" of sodium, fat, sugar, cholestrol, etc for somebody who is active.
