I'm doing a school project and I need to know the average distance that a person in Scituate MA drives from their house to the town dump. I have done the calculation using Google Maps but I don't know exactly how many people live in each section of Scituate which makes calculating the average distance difficult. Also keep in mind that Scituate is a spread out town with some sections on the other side of rivers and stuff. That's why I'm looking for a formula or online calculation device to calculate the average distance that somebody drives from their house to the Scituate Town Dump/Transfer Station. Does anybody know how to calculate an average distance like this?
