I need a good value slide out QWERTY keyboard phone for under £200 that is not LG..?

Basically, I have got an LG KP500 (Cookie) and it's really not suiting me. I've had two LG phones now, and both have caused me no end of trouble.

So, what i'm looking for is a slide-out QWERTY phone, preferably with a touch screen, because i use my phone predominantly for texting. However, i cannot have a phone like a Sidekick from the US, as i live in the UK and canot connect to the "Sidekick Network"... same with a Blackberry from the US.

I really can't cope with another LG.. Can anyone help me?

u can look into the nokia 5730 and the nokia e63..i think if youll expand your budget a bit youll get it....

other than that the other devices in this range do not offer a decent enough qwerty input as these do....

I'm the same!
The only one I can seem to find is the Nokia N97 i think it is but thats only on contract and works out to be pretty expensive :(
 
look i know u said NO LG but i have the lg neon and i love it !! its perfect and the keys r evenly spaced and i have no trouble im very much at ease with typing !
ppl say the xenon is better but i find it has TO MANY keys and they r way to close together !
but the lg neon is perfect for bigger fingers due to the spaced out keys as i said but it is pricy....250 canadian.
look on youtube for videos i bet you'll like it if not. thats ok everyone has difference's !
