I need a good rucksack/backpack?

I need something durable, think hiking/survival pack. No shortage of compartments, as well as a reinforced compartment for my laptop. Im thnking carbon/aluminum rollbar in cloth.

Being from the Pacific northwest, where might i procure/commission something like this?
