i need a good dirt jump bike?

i am looking for a new dirt jumping bike with front shocks mabye rear if cheap. i am going off about a 3 foot jump and going like 20 ft to flat on my bmx bike with no shocks. i need a bike under $400 and i like the ns and black market bikes i would much rather have a single drive than gears. my friend has a downhill but those are just to much money. i need a dirt jump bike that i could go bombing with and ride around casualy with it too. remember under $400 and a dirt jump bike might go a little over 400 but i am 14 and i cant get a job yet i have asked around
