I am 15 years old, and I am looking into some bikes right now. I want something for casual riding, just to get around town and all. I won't be riding on dirt paths that much, so I was thinking about a road bike. My friends have fixed gear bikes, and I'm all for them, but they don't have breaks, which is what I don't like. Bottom line, I want a bike that not amazing but pretty good, has a good look, has breaks, is good for casual riding (getting around town), and is under about 700 or 600. Any suggestions? I appreciate the help
