I need a gaming laptop. Mac vs Windows. Let the debate begin.?

I need a laptop that can play online games such as World of Warcraft, and other MMORPG's, and also have the ability to work well in video and audio editing, and also for College where I'll be learning about Video game graphics design.

My biggest debate if over Mac Vs. Windows on this concern. I DO NOT want a bunch of fanboy's saying "Windows sucks!" or "Mac is for queers!" I want STATISTICS. I want SOLID pro's and cons.

Give me evidence over which is better that can be proven over the concerns such as;

Reliability

User Friendliness

Spectrum of programs (Meaning how many/ how available programs are for the type of computer)

Graphics Settings/Hardware

Warranty

Potential Modification

Battery Life (Varies by brand more than windows/mac but is still important)

Video gaming potential

Video/Audio Editing potential

tech Support (India?)

And anything else you feel I should know.

I have a 13'' mac book and i love it! I will never go back to a pc. As for facts it have a great battery life and tells you how much time u have (5:00) at the most on my computer, the tech support is great and you can always take it into the apple store and they will fix your problems. It comes with a free 1 yr warranty, is great to play games on and is super fast, its never frozen and i have never had any problems even though i use it every day.
