i need a dress for the school dance and i wanted to know good sites/stores to buy some.?

i need a really pretty dress that is not long and could be above knee. it can not be strapless. i am 12 and pretty much flat [ no boobs yet ] . nothing to serious. if u need description of me then here : i have brown hair, brown eyes [ they are killer ] , flat , nice smile , not pale but not completely tan. everyone says my best colors are white / yellow / green . actually anything. please help!

macys has the cuttest dresses in its junior department and online and most of them arent that expensive. they have like every color and you and a 1/4 of them dont need boobs so you should fit in alot of them! thats where i get all my dresses becuase they always have good selection and good pricing!
