I road 73 miles today on my road bike. I'm a fairly new rider so I didn't realize how uncomfortable you get in the groin area when doing the really long runs. Is there a seat design that is more comfortable than the the standard saddle design. I've also heard the pressure excerted down there can be bad for your health if you know what I mean. Any ideas?
