I need a comfortable/protective photo backpack?

I am looking for a relatively cheap photo back pack that can hold:
-Canon 40d body with grip and 24-70mm L Lens
-Canon 17-40mm L
-Canon 70-200mm L
-Canon 50mm
-Canon speedlite 430EX
-Tripod (about 21 Inches when folded)
-Usual filters, cables, batteries, memory cards
-Maybe a 13' Laptop - NOT a must

It has to be comfortable and protect my gear.
I am not necessarily looking for a brand in particular and i could not care less about the brand as long as it is comfortable and protects my gear.
