I need to write a paper for English that is a comparative piece. We are suppose to choose a novel to read [A Lesson Before Dying] and take a key idea or theme from that novel. [Racism] We then have to choose a short story, play, or novel that has a same type of theme. I need a work to use as my comparative piece and I'm not sure what to write about. Thank you.
