reg shud i use? basically i hv to design a ckt which when get a high signal from a motion sensor for 1 min ,turns off the T.V. so i need a counter which counts when the sensor give high singnal it counts for 60 sec and a comparator get the o/p of the counter as its 1 i/p and the other i/p it get from regiter .reg shuld hold the value "60" so when the counter is at 60 the comparator will give a high signal to the relay which then turns off the T.v. i need help in selecting Ics as i m not much aware of them but i hope that 6 bit counter and reg are available if not wht counter and reg shuld i use plz help me i will be thank full to you?
