or someone that can help me? God I got 5 years of crap here but ill tell you a little. He deal pot and smokes on a regular basis. Deals coke couple time a month just enough to go on his binges that are sometimes once a week or once a month. He has some sort of bi-polar (or could be from all the drugs) cause he is always acting dif moods change so quickly. Never around caz always dealing when i need him to watch baby or I have wanted to go somewhere he cant caz he has to go meet people. He just recently didnt come pick us up at chuck e cheese where my brother dropped us off caz it was halfway caz he went on a binge. (he has done that before) He has hit me has spit on and in my face. I have tried to write stuff down like notes on what he did or how he acted. I have saved almost all of my texts from and to him. He admits to drugs and wants help then next day he is fine and if i mention it we get in fight. We are not together as of the 4th when he left all day caz our son was sick and we got in fight and he stayed out til noon the next day. He wants to see him. I dont have a problem with that as long as he goes to rehad or therapy which he wont. This is what I want full custody and supervised visits until he is clean drug tests every week. What are my chances? Please help I am desperate he has money for good lawyer and all this fathers right shit is crap! What do they know I have seen him at his worse he treats his mother same way he treats me so it is not me. Even she dont want anything to do with him. I also have texts saved from her and some of his friends. And one picture from one time he grabbed me and threw me down.
