i moved out from my before apt ,my ex-roommate keeps some of my items,now i heard that

she sold my electronics? and me and her rented this apartment, i had paid the security now she is also moving out soon, can i get my security back from the management, she didnt pay reny for 3 months andshe sold my electronics, she is not sending my personal items, i sent her money to send my stuff but she doesnt answer my phone calls,, how can i sue her?> how can i end up her in conviction court
